Is Jordan Council of Chapel Hill, NC A SCAMMER?

Jordan Council North Carolina Scammer Has Been Sued

I had a negative experience with a person named Jordan Council from
Chapel Hill, NC. He tried to get a lower price after the sale by
concocting what appeared to be completely bogus claims. I sued the
little motherfucker.

Google seems to think this piece of vermin works at TIAA, an
insurance carrier.

Transaction History:

First he bitches about cord, as if he doesn't have a cord somewhere.
No other complaints. Seems like he's angling for some $$.

I picked up the monitor today, and when I got it home and opened it,
I noticed there was no power supply adapter cord. There was a power
supply cord in the photos, a black one, but it's not here and I'm
not able to turn on the monitor for inspection without it.

So, I was hoping we could figure something out. I would like to
avoid returning it, if possible, but I also don't want to wait
forever for a cord to arrive. Anyway, I'm just disappointed having
been so excited for its arrival.

Then a week later he's got all sorts of complaints:

Hi cornbelt2020,

I finally got the display up and running, so thanks for sending the
missing cord. However, there are some other errors with your
description that I wanted to report.

There isn't just one scratch on the screen. There's two. And far
from being nearly invisible from every angle unless light hits it
just right (as you described it), I can see two deep, not 'minor,'
scratches on the screen from every angle.

I've included unedited pictures below. I write a lot, so perhaps my
frequent use of white backgrounds brought the details of the damage
to my attention more readily.

Unfortunately, I'll have to officially request a full refund, unless
we can work out a partial refund due to the item not being in the
condition described. The scratches are too noticeable, for my uses,
and have a major impact on the viewing experience with white
backgrounds in particular.

The scratches show up even better in person, unfortunately, but I
didn't want to doctor the photos in order to present the full
effect. However, you may be able to tell from the series of photos
that the scratches become darker, bolder and more visible when
you're not looking straight on.

And another week later, he submits a fraudulent return request to
ebay, and he's come up with some new gripes - like the cord color is
not to his liking:

Doesn't match description - two screen scratches, not one as
proclaimed. One big, one smaller. Both noticeable, contrary to
description. Dirtier than description as excellent. Shipped without
cable - as was supposed to be included. Seller did rectify after the
fact, but I was unhappy with the cable color. Roughly shipped -
damage perhaps no fault of the seller. Tried to contact seller about
discrepancy, attempting to negotiate a partial refund - a few
dollars over shipping costs. Seller stopped responding.

What a fucking piece of shit.

Everything on this page is merely my opinion. This motherfucker may
have reformed his ass since he ripped me off.
